Panther Dental warrants all sleep devices supplied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of shipping to the dental provider.
For 36 months from the shipping date to the device provider:
- Panthera Dental will replace any device free of charge, no questions asked, peace of mind guaranteed.
- Replacement device will be of the same type (Panthera Classic, Panthera X3 and Panthera Nightguards). Design option changes can be requested for the Panthera Classic and Panthera X3.
- If new models or impressions following dental work or changes in mouth are required, or if in-mouth breakage is the result of any modifications that could alter the normal use of the appliance, the warranty is void and the new device will be invoiced at full cost.
Panthera Dental sleep devices are medical devices regulated by the U.S. FDA, Canadian Medical Devices Regulations SOR/98-282 and EU Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745. Therefore, all devices replaced must be returned before or after replacement.
Panthera Dental’s warranty is a manufacturer warranty applicable to its sleep devices only. Clinical Costs are not covered.
