Panthera Dental Policies

Return Policies and Refunds


Panthera Dental guarantees that the prosthesis/orthosis produced is adjusted to the model provided. In the case where the prosthesis/orthosis manufactured by Panthera is not adjusted to the model, Panthera agrees to replace it free of charge.

Should the prosthesis/orthosis break within the warranty period due to a defect in the design or manufacturing, Panthera agrees to replace it free of charge. This policy excludes cases where the design of the product does not meet the standards of tolerance defined by the company. In those cases, the customer has been previously informed of the potential instability of the prosthesis and has consented to the risk of breakage. This policy also excludes cases where the prosthesis/orthosis was altered after being shipped from our plant. In these cases, the production of a new prosthesis will be performed at the customer's expense.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy


Panthera collects private data deemed necessary to provide efficient services and quality to its customers. Thus, Panthera stores information about contact persons, contact addresses, delivery and billing information, emails, and telephone numbers, as well as business numbers and names of companies that wish to open an account.

Contact information may be used by Panthera to communicate with the individual or company regarding its orders or to communicate information about the company and its products. Panthera will not sell or rent any personal information to third parties. Panthera will not share this information with third parties unless it is necessary to deliver an order to the customer or if required by law.

Any personal identifiable information related to an order will be stored safely and will only be used to facilitate the execution of the Panthera warranty in the event of a problem with a product. When receiving an order, data will be stored for the time deemed necessary in compliance with the law and to provide adequate services if problems arise.

Panthera uses cookies. Those small files are saved using your browser and help maintain and share information with Panthera in order to improve the customer experience. Panthera does not use cookies to collect information about you or your activities outside of its website.
