SPLITTING PROTOCOL
The implant bar and overlay splitting protocol ensures a straight milling line without undercut that facilitate your production and insertion. The cement gap is controlled on the bar and not on the overlay.

Panthera’s proprietary technology ensures that every detail of your final try-in/prototype (physical or digital) is preserved for an exact copy.
OVERLAY MATERIAL – THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
Zirconia or PMMA, multi-layer or monolithic. Select the material that best suits your patients’ needs.
Panthera splits and creates the bar design in the try-in / prototype and sends you the STL file of the overlay.
While Panthera mills the bar, you can simultaneously mill the overlay in zirconia or any other material.
You receive the bar, you cement it with your characterized overlay and voilà!
